The Schlumberger Sparkling KLASSIK Brut 2021 is a vintage sparkling wine of remarkable finesse, representing the rich tradition of Austrian sparkling wine production at the highest level. Produced by the renowned Schlumberger House, which has stood for top-class sparkling wine culture since 1842, it is made exclusively from Austrian vineyards and processed according to the "Méthode Traditionnelle" – the classic bottle fermentation method, which is also used for Champagne.

Fermentation in the bottle and several months of aging on the lees give this vintage sparkling wine its fine, long-lasting effervescence, depth, and complexity. The grape varieties for the KLASSIK Brut 2021 were carefully selected to harmoniously combine elegance, freshness, and drinkability. With an alcohol content of 12% vol. and the Brut (dry) classification, it is the perfect companion for discerning connoisseurs and festive occasions.

Tasting notes:

In the glass, a light straw yellow with finely rising bubbles. The nose reveals fresh notes of green apple, citrus fruits, and white flowers, accompanied by a hint of brioche, indicating aging on the lees. On the palate, it is dry, lively, and harmonious with well-integrated acidity, a fine texture, and balanced fruit. The finish is clear and elegant with a mineral aftertaste.
