It first spends seven years in ex-bourbon casks under tropical conditions, then rests for a further six months in Ferrand casks in France. A final 18-month finish in casks that previously held White Muscatel wine adds the influence of that aromatic grape variety and extra complexity. It contains 8 g of sugar per litre.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBottled at 47.7% ABV in a 0.7-litre bottle and presented in a giftbox, this edition pairs Central American rum tradition with French cask maturation.
