It captures the rich fruitiness of sun-ripened plums, drawing on a distilling tradition that goes back to 1946 and a focus on carefully selected fruit and traditional production methods.

The recipe is built around aromatic plums and balanced to let their natural flavour come to the fore. The result is a full-bodied liqueur that pairs fruity sweetness with a subtle hint of spice, and a pleasantly smooth texture.

It is versatile in use: enjoy it as a digestif, neat or over ice, or use it in cocktails, desserts and coffee specialities.
