• Blend: Fine Champagne. Fine Champagne. Blend carrying at least 50% of Grande Champagne and the rest of Petite Champagne.
• La robe: Golden amber with mahogany hues.
• Bouquet: Vanilla combined with scents of hot pastries nicely complete floral notes of vine flower and lime tea. The second nose is abundant with slight notes of candied orange, apples, plums, oak, and toasted bread.
• Palate: Well balanced structure, round and velvety at entry. Rich and complex with notes of toasted almonds and candied fruits midway (orange, apple and pear), finally blending in notes of hot pastry and melted oak.
• Associations: An expression to enjoy neat or on the rocks. Can also be enjoyed with chocolate or caramel desserts, lights cigar.
