Refund policy
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products. However, in accordance with the EU Online and Distance Selling Requirements, you are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 14 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods.
Fundamental refund principles of our online platform :
1. You can cancel your order anytime before fulfilment and get full refund immediately. You don't need to contact us to do so. Just click "cancel" or your order confirmation page or at your account page. Or just inform us by email info@malva.shop!
2. You can cancel your order anytime, even after fulfilment within 14 days of receiving goods.
Please, inform us in case of returns by email info@malva.shop and get your return shipping label on your email.
Two-way shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the actual shipping cost is usually higher than what you pay in the order. You can also issue a return at your expense, in which case we will not include these costs in your refund
3. To get a refund, please return your product unopened in its original state and securely packaged within 14 days of receiving your parcel and a full refund will be issued minus the delivery and collection costs. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable unless the goods delivered were incorrect, damaged or faulty. (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods).
Please note - if you choose to send an item yourself and not via our courier collection service, we recommend using appropriate services to cover the value of your product in case of any damage incurred during the returns process.
Unwanted items that arrive back to us damaged that have not been transported using our approved courier collection or drop off service will not be refunded.
In line with the EU's 2000 Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day after the Goods are delivered to you (or by someone known to you who has signed for your goods from our carrier).
During this time, you may return Goods to us for a full refund. A full refund will be offered provided the goods are deemed by us to be in the same conditions as they were delivered to you and that the request to cancel is received in writing. Any cancelled Order will be refunded within 10 days of receipt by us of the returned goods. If returned Goods are not deemed by us to be in the same conditions as they were delivered to you, we will return the Goods to you and a re-delivery fee will be due and payable by you to us.
Customers who wish to cancel their Orders pursuant after delivery must:
take reasonable care of the relevant Goods and must not use, open or consume them; and return the relevant Goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, complete with all relevant packaging and in the same conditions as they were delivered to you.
