Bollinger Special Cuvée is a very special cuvée from the renowned champagne house Bollinger.
It consists of Pinot Noir (60%), Chardonnay (25%) and Pinot Meunier (15%) grapes from the last harvest and to about 80% of Grand- and Premier Crues.

Golden in colour with aromas of ripe fruit and spice, hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches with a palate combining structure, length and vivacity, velvety bubbles and notes of pear, brioche, spice and walnuts.
