Elg Gin No. 1 is a crystal clear all-round gin. It's based on juniper berries, coriander seeds and Danish carrots. The taste is dominated by juniper and due to the high amount of juniper distillate, the juniper berries opalesces when mixed with tonic or water.

Elg Gin No. 1 is perfect for cocktails, but can also be enjoyed on its own. It can be mixed with most tonic water for a GT. Due to the high volume of juniper, a GT becomes opalescent.
