Thomas Dakin began producing gin in Warrington in the 18th century and founded what is now Greenall’s.
Dakin was a pioneer who created surprisingly high quality gin — he is rightly celebrated for the Thomas Dakin Small Batch Gin.

Thomas Dakin is a classic-style, juniper-led, single London Dry Gin, made the traditional way, as that's how Dakin made his original gin back in 1761.
It is handcrafted using the finest, carefully selected botanicals, grain-neutral spirit with demineralised water inside a baby copper pot still.

This gin is based on around 11 botanicals, including juniper, orange peel, coriander, angelica, liquorice and horseradish.
