COLOUR: golden, amber nuances; brilliant, clear.
BOUQUET: intense and enveloping, with notes of vanilla, raisins, toasted hazelnuts and crusty bread.
TASTE: the slight astringency due to the long stay in wood is softened by the generous and enveloping body. A little surly like any distillate with a strong character. Medium persistent aftertaste.
