Le Contesse Prosecco Rosè DOC Brut 11% Vol. 0,75l

La Contesse is a winery that has been run by the Bonotto family since 1970. The winery is located at the foot of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene hill in the province of Treviso. 

For the production of the Prosecco mainly the grape variety Glera is used. 

A grape variety that is ideally suited for the production of sparkling wine.

Tasting notes:

Slightly reddish accents in the glass. In the nose fruity, floral after violets and dog roses with fine accents of a bread crust. At the palate after red fruits, fresh and full-bodied. Long lasting and refreshing in the finish.

Grape variety: Glera 85-90%, Pinot Nero 10-15%.
Drinking temperature: 6-8°C.

Enjoy the Prosecco as an aperitif. It also goes well with fish, crustaceans and white meat.
