CITRUS
The citrus flavour group key characteristic comes from distilled orange peel, which gives the Amaro a delicately fresh citrus aroma that delights the senses with its sweet succulence.
ORANGE PEELS
Removed by hand to preserve its quality, the orange peel brings a citrus sweetness to the mixture and it is the Amaro Ramazzotti's main ingredient.
MEDITERRANEAN
Rosemary and oregano, reigning supreme in the world of aromatic herbs, characterise the Mediterranean flavour group, providing Amaro its distinctive aroma.
ROSEMARY

ORIGAN
Oregano is a typical Mediterranean plant. It has strong aroma and its name means “brightness of the mountain”.
FLORAL
The floral flavour group combines green notes with the bitterness of the absinthe plant's oil and the delicate floral notes of hyssop flowers.
ABSINTHE
Absinthe wormwood is commonly used in Italy because of its fresh, green notes. It has been celebrated by artists the world over.
HYSSOP
Hyssop is a flower that grows in Italy’s mountains. It has a minty and slightly bitter flavour with a balsamic edge and it has long been considered sacred.
SPICY
