To celebrate the 450th anniversary of the Lucas Bols company, something very special was created to tie in with the rich distillery history. The Bols 1575 Blue Curaçao Liqueur was created to mark the occasion - a tribute to the tradition and craftsmanship that has characterized the brand for centuries.

Bols 1575 Blue is based on a historic recipe of distilled orange peel and is blended with a botanical spiced rum developed at the distillery in Amsterdam. For this unique liqueur, spices typical of the island of Curaçao, such as vanilla, grains of paradise and cardamom, are used. These spices give the Bols a special warmth and tropical spice tones that add extra boldness and complexity to the rum body. The result is a full orange flavor, accompanied by cardamom notes, based on a rum body with vanilla and grains of paradise.

The bright blue color makes it a real eye-catcher and makes for a spectacular presentation in any drink.
