This whiskey is produced in the Destilería y Bodega Abasolo near Mexico City.
For distillation is used Cacahuazintle corn, an old traditional variety grown by farmers in the area.
Colour: Amber.
Nose: Soft, vanilla, honey.
Taste: Sweet, cinnamon, roasted corn, vanilla.
Finish: Long lasting.
