"Fuyu" is Japanese and means "winter".
This whisky is distilled from malted grain and mash on the island of Honshu before resting in oak barrels for three years.
Colour: Dark amber.
Nose: Floral, notes of caramel, spices.
Taste: Oak, cooked fruits.
Finish: Long lasting, smoky.
