In Lustenau, the Heisse Witwe is made by the Fancy Company Drinks & Food GmbH.

This is a subsidiary of the Wilhelm Hämmerle Destillerie-Freihof.

The Austrian classic with plum flavor should not be missing at any aprés ski party.

Nicely heated, the Heisse Widow warms up the frozen skiers from the inside.

With the Hot Widow as a special ingredient, you can also prepare wonderful desserts and do all sorts of other tempting things.

Tasting Notes:

• Colour: red-brown.
• Nose: Wintry, notes of plum and cinnamon.
• Taste: Fruity, wintry, notes of plums.
• Finish: Long lasting.

As the name suggests, the liqueur is best served hot. 

After heating, you put a cream topping on top for the final touch.

If you attach great importance to a beautiful presentation, you can add half a plum.
