Six PM is named after that eagerly anticipated daily watershed: “International drinking time”. 100 British proof or 57.6%, the gin is able to resist being overwhelmed by tonic and other mixers. It can flaunt its attributes regardless of what it is paired with. 

As you might expect, this gin contains plenty of glorious, full-bodied juniper. 

To rein in the resulting sweetness of that, we’ve used orris. 

Coriander imparts a hefty slap of citrus. Angelica bestows hints of liquorice. 

And the final of the five ingredients? Delicious winter savoury herb.
