The roots of the distillery Xoriguer go back to the beginnings of gin production on this island.
The base is a wine distillate which is refined with juniper and other botanicals.
The maturation takes place in American oak barrels.

The gin is bottled in a clay jug.

Nose: Fresh, fruity.
Taste: Slightly floral, spicy, citrus, juniper.
Finish: Long lasting.
