The designation "Chauffe Extrême" refers to the particularly strong toasting of the oak barrels in which the rum matures. This extreme barrel toasting brings intense roasted aromas and deep wood spice to the rum's aroma.

With a strong alcohol content of 46.7% vol., this rhum agricole is expressive, complex and elegant at the same time.
