It is produced using natural ingredients and distilled five times for clarity and alcohol purity. 

Flor de Caña may bear the designation SLOW AGED (slowly aged) with the permission of the strict US governmental authority.
SLOW AGED describes the natural, non-accelerated maturing process in oak barrels.

Flor de Cana Centenario 12 Year Old is distilled in a continuous column still process. It is then rested for 12 years in small American white oak barrels that were previously used for whiskey and bourbon and bottled exclusively in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua.
