The Moko Rum 8 Years Old matures in Panama to a full-bodied very aromatic rum.
In the cellar of Maison Peyrat it gets its finish in former Cognac barrels.
Colour: Amber.
Nose: caramel, honey, wood.
Taste: Sweetish, woody, caramel, syrup, macadamia, pepper.
Finish: Long lasting, pepper.
