The rums of Panamá-Pacific are produced in the San Carlos Distillery in Panama.
The distillery is located in the province of Herrera, which creates the perfect conditions for rum production with a hot and sometimes humid climate all year round.

The Panamá-Pacific 5 Años Rum reminds by its colour of creamy meadow honey.
The maturation takes place for the time being for 3 years in bourbon barrels.
Then this rum is stored for 2 more years in rye whisky barrels.
These barrels are slow roasted and not pre-burned.
This creates an exceptional balance between oak and rum.

Colour: Gold.
Nose: Complex aromas, harmonious, floral, vanilla, caramel.
Taste: Wise, fruity notes, juicy apples, pears, honeydew melon.
Finish: Long lasting.
