This Wild Geese matured for up to 8 years in oak barrels.
It is a blend of different approximately 8 year old rums from Barbados, Jamaica and Guyana.
Produced in the traditional pot still process.

Nose: Pronounced, soft, fresh, deep, sage, eucalyptus.
Taste: Elegant, sweet, vanilla, mangoes, bananas, asparagus, eucalyptus.
Finish: Long lasting, pleasant, anise, ginger, almonds, butterscotch.

This rum is excellent for mixed drinks and cocktails.
