This sake is a Junmai Ginjo (55%) made with rice of the Yumesasara variety known to bring notes of fresh melon. Mikasa is a heroine, a strong girl who always supports Eren. 

This sake is elegant and sweet. Very light with subtle fruit notes, it goes well with rather light dishes.
