Tasting notes:

Straw yellow with fine perlage in the glass. The nose is refined, fruity with aromas of apples, pears and citrus. Sage, acacia and wisteria are also found. Very soft and harmonious on the palate, elegant and lively with balanced acidity. Long lasting on the finish.

Grape variety: Glera.

Residual sugar: 10- 14 g/l.

Acidity: 5 - 6.50 g/l.

Serving temperature: 5-6 °C.
