The Dingle Distillery was founded by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley and is located on the Dingle Peninsula, on the southwest coast of Ireland.
Dingle Whiskey is a product of its environment, only nature takes influence, thus it is not chill-filtered and free of colorants.

This Irish whiskey received a 7-year maturation in fruity-sweet port casks from November 2014.
