For an extra kick of freshness, we recommend a combination of ginger zest and blood orange as a garnish when choosing your gin and tonic.

Forest Dry Gin Summer is part of a quartet that took the seasons as their theme. And so every Forest Dry Gin scores with a fine base of four-times distilled grain distillate and a collection of typical botanicals such as coriander, angelica and of course juniper. But a touch of spring , summer, autumn or winter comes about through the addition of other ingredients that skilfully convey a certain mood. In the case of autumn, for example, there are pears, lavender and tangerines and for summer they chose bergamot flowers, ginger and blood oranges. This gives the summer gin an invigorating spice from the ginger, an incredibly intoxicating scent from the citrus fruit blossoms and a juicy, sweet freshness from blood oranges.

The Forest Distillers are proud that almost all distillation and production steps are carried out in Ranst, near Antwerp. Even the botanicals come largely from the surrounding areas of the property and produce clear, wonderfully intense aromas that do not contain any added sugar.

Dry and lively, this gin is a fine distillate with great citrus freshness, which is complemented by a touch of spice and floral nuances.
