The Gunroom London Dry Gin is made similar to Navy Gin.
Distillation is carried out in copper stills in accordance with the London Dry Gin regulations.
After distillation, this gin matures for 45 to 60 days in ex-whisky barrels to create a vanilla and slightly woody character.

Botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica root, iris root, lemon and orange peel, liquorice, savory, cassia, almonds, nutmeg, cinnamon

Colour: Clear.
Nose: Lightly smoky, woody, juniper, notes of orange.
Taste: Slightly berry, oak, juniper, notes of herbs oranges.
Finish: Long lasting.
