The distillery was founded by a group of dairy farmers. To this day, Hellyers Road Distillery produces high-quality whisky and exports to more than 20 countries.
This premium single malt combines the taste characteristics of a special triple distilled spirit (American oak, ex-bourbon) with a spirit matured in a port wine cask (French oak).
The pairing of two premium whisky profiles creates a beautiful Tasmanian single malt experience.

Nose: Fruity, vanilla, berry fruits.
Taste: Citrus jam, roasted winter berries, toasted aromas.
