The Nonino Distilleries are unique in the world, boasting five artisanal distilleries, each equipped with 12 discontinuous copper steam stills. Each of these distilleries represents a family member, and there is also a steam still for each grandchild, illustrating the continued dedication to the art of distillation within the family.

Nonino Grappa Monovitigni Single Grapes is made from the pomace of the Pinot, Prosecco, and Malvasia grape varieties, which are carefully selected and processed. Distillation takes place in traditional copper steam stills using the batch steam method, which has been refined by the Nonino family over generations and specially modernized by Benito Nonino. This very slow process allows for the optimal extraction of the pomace's volatile components – the carriers of the aromas.

The grappa thus combines the characteristic notes of the various grapes in a harmonious distillate and demonstrates the outstanding craftsmanship of the Nonino family.

Taster note:

Color: Clear.
Nose: Seductive, intense, fruity.
Palate: Harmonious, typical, fruity, apricots, pears, bitter almonds.
Finish: Long-lasting.

Its full aroma unfolds ideally at a serving temperature of around 12°C and should be served in a tulip-shaped glass.
