The name P31 is symbolic of its origins and recipe: the "P" is a tribute to Caffè Pedrocchi and the Venetian explorer Marco Polo, who brought herbs and fruits from all over the world to Venice. Many of these imported treasures - including bitter orange, sweet orange, mandarin, vanilla, camomile, cinchona bark, gentian, coriander, ginger and rhubarb - are now part of the top-secret recipe of 31 natural ingredients that give this aperitivo its unmistakable taste.

The P31 Aperitivo Green was introduced to the public in 2017 and is based on the tradition of the classic Spritz, but with a modern twist: it is prepared with Prosecco and soda like the original recipe, but its bright light green color and finely balanced herbal profile make it very different from classic red aperitifs.
