Processing according to the Méthode Tradition: Two and a half years aging in the bottle on the fine lees. 

Fresh, fruity scent on the nose, followed by a creamy body with an invigorating acid structure; 

A very fine mousseux unfolds in the finish; full-bodied rosé sparkling wine with drinking-stimulating acidity.
