A recipe directly inspired by a moment of serendipity, the tasting of a completely unexpected cold soup in a Montreal restaurant evoking spring and freshness, the soup was composed of cucumber, dill, lavender, almond and lemon. This recipe will later become, with the addition of juniper berries, the aromatic signature of romeo’s gin.

Nose: Freshness of cucumber and vegetable dill.
Taste: vegetable, spring, with notes of lavender and juniper followed by dill and almond.
Finish: lemony and delicate.
