The Sierra Milenario Fumado is a handcrafted 100% de agave tequila manufactured at the family-owned Destilerías Sierra Unidas in Jalisco, Mexico.

For the crafting process of this innovation a unique ahumado process with exquisite Mesquite wood has been invented to achieve exceptional notes of smokiness: clean and crisp agave aromas with a fruity, smoky taste and a hint of chili. The profile is completed by powerful notes of roasted delights with soft and elegant agave undertones.

The Sierra Milenario Fumado is represented by the Mayan zodiac sign „IMIX – IMOX”, the crocodile. Its grey color tone and the masculine character stress the edginess of the crocodile.

Sierra Milenario Fumado is of award-winning quality and was awarded a master medal at the Tequila Masters 2019, hosted by the international magazine SPIRITS BUSINESS.
