Toison Handcrafted Dry Gin 47% Vol. 0,7l

Legend has it that the thermal springs of Trencianske Teplice, a town in Slovakia, was discovered by a shepherd who was looking for his lost sheep. Thus, behind the name of the gin hides the Slovak origin, which is symbolized by the sheepskin, which is evident on the bottle design. The bottle shape resembles a bell.

Distillation of the gin is carried out in a Holstein distillation column, which is followed by one-month storage in earthenware vessels. The production is carried out in the form of steeping method.

Tasting notes:

Color: Clear.
Nose: chamomile, notes of lime as well as elderflower.
Palate: Spicy pink pepper, juniper notes, rose hips, strawberries.
Finish: Long lasting, licorice, citrus.
