DESCRIPTION
The Tschida winery, based in the municipality of Illmitz in Burgenland in eastern Austria, has gained international recognition for its high-quality dessert wines, particularly those made from the "Sämling 88" (Scheurebe) grape variety. The winery is a family business that has been in existence since 1982 and has been active in viticulture for several generations. Their commitment to traditional winemaking techniques combined with their unique approach to producing sweet wines has made them well known in the industry. Tschida's vineyards are located on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl and cover around 40 hectares of vines.

Tasting notes:
Golden yellow in the glass. White flowers, lavender honey and bergamot on the nose. Gently structured on the palate, mineral and a slight balance of acidity. Long finish with a light finish of pomelo zest.

Ageing: 20 months in steel tanks.

Residual sugar: 112.4 g/l.
