Connemara 12 Peated Irish Whiskey is a premium Islay Single Malt born on the wrong side of town.

Bright golden color. Vibrant aromas of creme brulee, singed flowers, dense spices, and Provence herb soap follow through on a round, supple entry to dryish medium-full body with layers of praline, vanilla bean, and exotic peppercorns. Finishes with very long, evolving honeyed cereal and grassy.

Tasting notes

Color: Honey Gold

Nose: Lemon, D’anjou pear, oily peat, and cream.

Palate: Nicely sweet with wet peat and crème brûlée by a beach campfire.

Finish : Light with a bit of vanilla, smoked nutmeg, and hazelnut.
