Dalmore Distillery was founded in 1839 and is situated on the Cromarty Firth coast in the Northern Highlands. Dalmore uses water from the River Alness, which flows through the small town of the same name.

The Dalmore 15 Years Old matures for 12 years in ex-Bourbon barrels and the last 3 years in 3 different ex-Sherry barrels. Amoroso, Apostles, and Matusalem Oloroso. This gives it an extraordinary robustness and elegance.

Colour: Reddish amber.
Nose: Orange marmalade, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Taste: Tangerines, vanilla, ginger, apples.
Finish: Long lasting, hints of pepper, oak.
