Three friends created the brand: Shane McCarthy, Donal McLynn and Liam Brogan.
The three place special emphasis on quality and traditional techniques — casks are emptied by hand and each bottle is labeled by hand.

The Two Stacks SMOKE & MIRRORS Irish Whiskey consists of 30% peated malt, 10% double malt and 60% stout malt.

This bottling is neither chill-filtered nor colored.

Colour: Bright amber.
Nose: Fruity, spicy, notes of honey, rhubarb, peach, toffee, peat.
Taste: Fruity, notes of honey, peat.
Finish: Long lasting, white chocolate, almond.
