Two Stacks is a whiskey brand from the Mourne Mountains in Ireland.
Three friends created the brand: Shane McCarthy, Donal McLynn and Liam Brogan.
The three place special emphasis on quality and traditional techniques — casks are emptied by hand and each bottle is labeled by hand.

The Two Stacks THE FIRST CUT Irish Whiskey is a blend of light, as well as dark grain, single pot still, double, as well as drunk malt.
Maturation is given to this whiskey in the finest ex-bourbon, oloroso sherry and virgin oak casks.

This bottling is neither chill-filtered nor colored.

Colour: Bright amber.
Nose: Fruity, spicy, notes of peach skin, custard, toasted oak, buttered bread, cereal.
Taste: Fruity, notes of charred oak, lemon peel, toffee, white pepper, oak resin.
Finish: Long lasting, smooth, sweet, smoky caramel, spices.
