Matured rye, malted rye and corn whiskies are individually crushed, fermented and distilled for a finish in red wine casks.

Colour: Amber.
Nose: Vanilla, notes of maple, rye, oak.
Taste: Slightly sweet, rye, vanilla, maple.
Finish: Long lasting, spicy.
