Since it was founded in 1939 by Domenico Dal Cero, the Cà dei Frati winery has remained a byword for family winemaking. With an annual production of around 400,000 bottles, of which only 30% are destined for export, the winery has secured an exclusive position on the global market.

The Cà dei Frati Brolettino Lugana is a white wine characterized by the exclusive use of Trebbiano grapes, which thrive on fertile, calcareous clay soil. The careful harvest of these grapes takes place in mid-October to ensure that only optimally ripe fruit is processed.

The wine is matured for 10 months in barriques, followed by an additional three months of maturation in the bottle.
