Emil Bauer & Söhne Sex, Drugs & Rock'n'Roll Riesling 12% Vol. 0,75l

The Bauer Riesling is light yellow with green reflections and is labelled "Sex, Drugs & Rock'n'Roll - just Riesling for me, thanks!" in the glass. 

The grapes for this cheeky Riesling were shaped by a calcareous terroir. 

This Riesling impresses with its minerality, coupled with the typical aromas of the variety. 

Its scent is reminiscent of juicy peach, crisp apple and quince. 

In addition, one third of the Riesling was fermented in large wooden barrels, which gives the wine a delicate spiciness and a fine melt. 

This complex Riesling is best enjoyed well chilled with a grilled or roasted chicken with a spicy, salty crust. 

The salt brings out the fruit in the wine and perfectly complements the minerality.
