In the glass, the Henkell Alkoholfrei is a light golden yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. Fresh aromas of apple, pear and citrus fruit unfold on the nose, accompanied by a delicate floral note. On the palate, it is fruity, harmonious and lively, with finely balanced acidity and a pleasantly mild sweetness. The finish is refreshing, elegant and balanced, carried by juicy fruit and a fine effervescence - a non-alcoholic sparkling wine with style and character.

Henkell Alkoholfrei is an ideal accompaniment to light starters, salads, fish, white meat dishes and fruity desserts. It is also perfect as an aperitif or for a toast on special occasions. It develops its fine perlage and fresh fruit best when served at 5-7 °C. It should be drunk within 1-2 years of bottling in order to preserve its full aroma and liveliness.
