Herbs characteristic of South Moravia provide a very distinct pleasant aroma and taste while maintaining the basic golden trinity of herbs: wormwood, anise and fennel in the distilled and macerated part of the product.

The aroma of Absinthe de Moravie is herbal with a predominant aroma of wormwood and mint distillate. The decorative fruits of anise and fennel at the bottom of the bottle are macerated for several months before being added to the final product so that they no longer change the taste of the product.
