Vereinte Winzer Blaufränkischland is a cooperative which selects and purchases quality grapes from the Mittelburgenland region and processes them in its own wine cellar.
For the winegrowers who participate in this project, it brings many advantages. Although the high quality standards result in a significant additional effort for the winemakers, the cooperation with the cooperative is a win-win situation for both sides.

The motto is therefore: "Mittelburgenland under one roof".

Tasting notes:

Intense ruby red with violet reflections in the glass. The nose is very fruity of ripe cherries and plums. On the palate the wine is very harmonious and animating to drink, hearty fruity after dark cherries. Long lasting in the finish.

Grape variety: Blaufränkisch.
Aging: 18 months in 500 liter barrels and in large wooden barrels.
Acidity: 5,7 g/l.
Residual sugar: 1,4 g/l.
Closure: screw cap.
Drinking temperature: 16-18°C.
