This Auchentoshan is the second edition of Virgin Oak Whisky. It was distilled three times. As the name suggests, this malt is stored in new oak casks.

Colour: Amber.
Nose: sweet, wood, caramel, vanilla, hints of fruit.
Taste: Round, soft, mild, spices, orange, vanilla, oak, chocolate.
Finish: Long lasting.

This Auchentoshan is best enjoyed pure or "on the rocks".
