Bayou White Rum, a white rum from the USA, is made by hand with sugar cane from southern Louisiana.
The sugar cane used is processed into molasses in the oldest family-run sugar mill in the entire USA.
Distillation takes place in the American Copper Pot Still, followed by aging in former American white oak bourbon barrels.
The storage takes place in the Solera method.
This makes this rum so special, as this process is usually only used for the production of sherry, brandy or glacier wine.

Colour: Clear.
Nose: Light notes of vanilla and bananas.
Taste: Sweet cream, vanilla beans, honeysuckle nectar.
Finish: Long lasting.
