Bellamy's OLOROSO CASK FINISH Reserve Rum 44,3% Vol. 0,7l in Giftbox

The second batch of Bellamy’s Reserve Rum Oloroso Cask Finish was allowed to mature in the same ex-sherry cask as its predecessor. 

The blend of Barbados rum, Jamaican rum and a distillate from the Dominican Republic spent 15 months there. 

The last aging process gave the drop fruity-sweet sherry notes.

• Nose: dried fruits, raisins, sherry, milk chocolate, pecan nuts, butter biscuits, butter scotch, salted caramel, pepper
• Palate: dried fruits, raisins, sherry, milk chocolate, pecan nuts, butter biscuits, butter scotch, salted caramel, pepper
• Finish: sherry notes with a hint of caramel
