A prestigious white grappa made from the pomace of Valpollicella grapes which are batch-disitilled in copper kettles, undergo vinification in spring and are barrique-aged for 12 months, during which time the grappa takes on its yellowish colour.
Splendidly aromatic on the nose.
Smooth, well-rounded and pleasant in the mouth, with a lingering finish.
A sipping grappa that can be served at room temperature or cooler, 10-16° C.
