The cuvée is predominantly based on the Tempranillo grape variety, supplemented by small proportions of other traditional Rioja grape varieties, which lend the wine additional complexity. After careful harvesting, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in order to optimally extract the color and aromas. The subsequent ageing in oak barrels gives this Beronia Rioja Reserva depth, elegance and fine spice. At 12% vol., this red wine from Rioja is balanced and accessible, with a classic structure and supple tannins.
